Join Our Team as a Division Vice President for HealthTrust Workforce Solutions.

The Division Vice President is a customer-centric, senior leader who provides strategic and operational direction to the organization. This individual possesses a high-level of hospital operator expertise and clinical knowledge. This position requires C-Suite, executive-level customer service and relationship management skills. This person will be responsible for strengthening organizational alignment, ensuring the highest level of service delivery and providing operational leadership. Experience in nursing leadership is preferred.

  • LEAD THE WAY: Provide direction to meet performance goals by crafting strategies to improve production and efficiency.

  • JOIN A TEAM: Conduct ongoing meetings to discuss goals, production, and results.

  • BE A COACH: Counsel and mentor team members on an ongoing basis to drive/increase results.

  • TRAIN: Identify needs and areas of improvement while conducting training sessions to increase productivity.

  • CARE & MANAGE: Collaborate with Corporate executives and the O suite at fourteen (14) client facilities to enhance service delivery.

  • CONSULT: Work with Staffing Offices and Directors to consult with and advise the Senior VP’s and HR on matters relating to the operation of the region.

  • COMMUNICATE: Immediately communicate issues, effectively collaborate with team members and drive enhanced initiatives and action plans

  • MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS: Evaluate strategies to support and enhance company policies and programs..

  • EMBODY: Represent all product lines of business to their area of responsibility.

  • REPORT: Craft and review financial and operational reviews, identifying opportunities for improvement.
