Position Description:

Under the supervision of the Nutrition Services Director, the Executive Chef is expected to perform a variety of duties for the preparation, cooking and serving of all foods for the patients, cafeteria, and doctors' dining room as well as catering, using creative, health conscience techniques, recipes, menus and presentation.

Qualifications

  • H.S. Diploma or equivalent

  • 3-5 yrs. of Experience

  • Previous experience in healthcare food service preferred

  • Quantity Foods Production and Cooking Technique

  • Possess safe cooking equipment and safety techniques

  • Possess knowledge in current food safety regulations as governed by OSHA, TJC, and HRS
