Coordination of local contracts with all designated facilities by effectively anticipating and scheduling needs with the facilities.

SUPERVISOR – Regional Vice President of Operations



  • Maintains a report of current facility local and travel contract needs.

  • Coordinates and Collaborates with Travel HAM to validate needs and review unfilled contracts.

  • Responsibilities for contacting facilities regarding progress toward filling outstanding needs.

  • Prepares all local contract documents and tracks signature process.

  • Anticipates and provides resolution to issues based on the needs and expectations of our customers.

  • Ensures network employees comply with regulatory and PWS/Corporate directives, policies and procedures.

  • Validates that outside agency local contracts are booked by facility preference and cost

  • Forwards Corrective Actions and facility’s concerns to PWS chain of command.

  • Serves as Liaison between staff, vendors and facilities to meets local contract requirements within established parameters.

  • Establishes a harmonious relationship with facilities and subcontractors through cooperative contacts.

  • Collects and analyzes staffing data to identify local contract opportunities

  • Prepares and presents productivity reports for PWS and facility leadership related to local contract staffing

  • Maintains confidentiality and appropriate access of all employee information.

  • Participates in special projects as needed.

  • Supports Account Manager with customer and staff visits in the facilities.

  • Identifies trends in staffing patterns and proposes local contracts to the facilities to fill shifts.

EDUCATION – High School Diploma and or GED required, Associate College Degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE – Minimum two years customer service experiences required. At least one year of PWS Staffing Specialist experience required. Ability to demonstrate a fill rate of 80% or better and a shift composition rate at least 10% above the market/division average over a one year period.


  • Exert up to 20 lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 10 lbs frequently.

  • Requires prolonged sitting some walking, standing, repetitive tasks/ motions and stretching.

  • Requires clarity of vision, eye-hand-foot coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, and other office equipment.

  • Requires the perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction; ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and to make the discriminations in sound
