HealthTrust Workforce Solutions Billing Representative in Sunrise, Florida
GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
The Billing Representative responsibilities include but are not limited to: audit of contract labor time in billing system in accordance with HealthTrust policies and procedures, entering time records in timekeeping system, verifying rates and contract terms, working with regional office staff to resolve invoicing and payroll issues and other objectives as set forth by the Sr. Manager, Shared Services Operations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Audits vendor and HWS contract labor time using HWS billing audit tool in accordance with company policies and procedures within allotted timeframe to capture discounts.
Enters time records in Workforce 2.0, verifying rates and contract terms, working with regional office staff to resolve invoicing and payroll issues.
Assist AP and AR with research and corrections of hospital billing and agency payment discrepancies.

EDUCATION – High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required
EXPERIENCE – One to three years billing experience preferred

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS:
Exert up to 20 lbs force occasionally, and /or up to 10 lbs frequently.
Requires prolonged sitting some walking, standing, repetitive tasks/ motions and stretching.
Requires clarity of vision, eye-hand-foot coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, and other office equipment.
Requires the perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction; ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and to make the discriminations in sound
Requires normal eyesight to record, prepare, and communicate appropriate reports.
