WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Responsible for sourcing, recruiting and placing USA-domestic clinical permanent staff for HCA and external across the assigned division. The Senior Recruiter will build a pool of passive and active candidates for facilities through referrals from the sourcing team as well as through other recruitment sources they have identified. Recruitment of candidates is conducted in an efficient, time sensitive, productive, and cost effective manner in coordination with the efforts of the manager. The senior recruiter will provide information to candidates concerning the position requirements, client hospital attributes, onboarding process, credentialing and community offerings.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO :
In conjunction with Manager of Recruitment prepares recruitment strategy.
Effectively utilizes existing recruitment resources and develops new sources and contacts.
Manage the recruitment and placement process for perm openings including: identifying and screening candidates to match position requirements, submitting candidates to hiring manager, arranging interviews, and following-up for feedback.
Utilizes effective interviewing techniques when interviewing candidates to ensure fit for the position. Considers both clinical and behavioral aspects.
Sell candidates on the merits of employment with HCA/HealthTrust. Uses creativity, communication and sales skills to best meet the needs of the candidate and hospitals.
Negotiate salary, close deals, & verify start dates.
Maintains communication with applicants to keep them active within the HealthTrust System.
Maintains and enters applicant information in applicant tracking system.
Refers candidates to other positions or divisions as appropriate.
Inspire, develop and motivate recruiting team members in a challenging, fast paced, growth driven and rapidly changing environment.
Collaborate with Recruiting team to both develop and lead recruiting programs (e.g. college recruiting initiatives, internship programs, community outreach, advertising) that effectively generate qualified leads to strengthen candidate pipeline
Have passion for candidate experience; constant thought about how to improve the experience for candidates and treating them as HealthTrust customers
Serves as a professional role model to mentors others on the team
Assists in coordinating and conducting training for team
Assist in building our market presence by identification and participation in networking organizations and events.
Provide superior customer service to both clients and candidates.
Works collectively with all members of the team to advance production and business goals
Continuously develop applicant base through recruiting, reactivating and referrals.
Use Social Media to recruit applicants and ability to interface with passive seekers.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
5+ years proven track record of success in sales/production recruiting environment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities
High level of proficiency with MS Office products including Outlook, Word and Excel
Ability to work well independently and within a team environment
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Intermediate to advanced computer skills
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
EDUCATION –2 year Associate Degree preferred
EXPERIENCE - 5+ years of sales/production recruitment experience required, preferably with a healthcare staffing company.
Four years recruiting experience, preferably in a healthcare field
Experience recruiting for critical hard to fill positions with a variety of operational support areas required.
Experience recruiting for critical hard to fill positions with a variety of clinical areas preferred.
Experience using various sourcing techniques using the Internet, advertising, networking and community resources

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS –
Exert up to 20 lbs force occasionally and/or up to 10 lbs frequently
Requires prolonged sitting and some bending, stooping, and stretching.
Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator, and other office equipment
Requires the perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction; ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and to make the discriminations in sound
Requires normal range of eyesight to record, prepare, and communicate appropriate reports.
