HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HRIS Specialist in Sunrise, Florida
GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES – The Human Resources Information Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all new hire HR required forms are inputted accurately and timely and remain confidential. Also inputs one time payments, rehires, transfer positions, pay rate changes, address changes, etc. The responsibilities also include reviewing entries for research into issues that arise.

SUPERVISES – None
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO :
Maintains Lawson database for All HealthTrust Netrwork employees
Imputes Lawson new hires, rehires, terminations, pay rate changes, position transfers, one time payments, address changes, ESAF, etc.
Provides administrative support to VP of HR and HR Business Partners when needed.
Responds to supervisor and co-workers request for information and assist in a cooperative manner and within the appropriate time frame.
Assist with special projects and other duties assigned

Proficiency with Microsoft office products
Maintains working area and equipment in accordance with environmental and safety regulations
EDUCATION – High School Diploma or GED Required
EXPERIENCE – 1-3 Years working in Human Resources
