WHAT YOU’LL DO:

The Program Professional develops and maintains relationships with new and existing client base. A main focus is overseeing the overall management of the requisition process for the assigned client (s). This includes the day-to-day relationship between the client and supplier representatives to fulfill clients staffing needs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO :

  • Responsible for being the primary administrative liaison between HealthTrust Workforce Solutions and Nurses

  • Provides status updated to VP. This may include:

  • Validating Local Contract Openings by market

  • Searched WF 2.0 for nurses to appropriately contact to match to a Local Contract opening

  • Review candidates resumes to ensure requirements are met

  • Provide guidance and be a process/technology resource for internal departments

  • Reporting and Analytics – Assist program with reporting and analytics Supports creation of reporting packages for the teams to include weekly, monthly reporting and performance reviews. Participate in reporting and analytics

  • Provide excellent customer service and successfully manage order fulfillment

  • Follows internal escalation plan as necessary. Meets and manages expectations from nurses

  • Maintains confidentiality and appropriate access of all employee information

  • Participates in department meetings to accurately report on the status Local Contract Nurse hires

  • Perform other duties as assigned

EDUCATION: High School Diploma, Bachelors preferred.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2-4 years working in a Recruitment type position, preferably within the Healthcare staffing field.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Requires prolonged sitting and exert up to 30 lbs force occasionally and/or up to 20 lbs frequently

  • Requires and some bending, stooping, and stretching

  • Require clarity of vision, eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator and other office equipment

  • Requires the perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction; ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and to make the discriminations in sound

  • Require dexterity to type at least 40 WPM

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, general office products

  • Work is performed in an office environment and involves frequent contact with staff and the public
