HealthTrust Workforce Solutions Receptionist in Sunrise, Florida

GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES –The Receptionist demonstrates good communication skills, good typing and computer skills, ability to prioritize tasks, displays good organizational skills, and the ability to integrate into departments.

SUPERVISOR – HR Business Partner

SUPERVISES – None

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO :

  • Answers the telephone; identifies agency and self; speaks clearly and in a moderate tone of voice; addresses the caller by name when known.

  • Screens all incoming calls and transfers callers to the appropriate individual or department.

  • Takes messages when necessary ensuring that all information is correct and forwarded promptly to the appropriate individual.

  • Greets customers in a professional, friendly and courteous manner

  • Greets visitors and employees, determines their needs and provides effective assistance.

  • Forwards calls appropriately and takes accurate messages for return

  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
