WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Sr. Analyst, Shared Services Operations responsibilities include but are not limited to: delivering process improvement, issue resolution, reporting and analysis for the Finance Shared Services (FSS) Department and other objectives as set forth by the VP, Shared Services.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Conducts data analysis to determine likely root causes that can be addressed and improved upon.
Facilitates and supports the implementation of action plans that are designed to reduce errors and increase quality and efficiency across Vendor AP, Billing, AR and Payroll.
Conducts regular review of all reports to identify trends as to systems, person or process and design preventative measures. Ensures follow up in all areas.
Conducts regular and systematic reviews of all procedures to ensure quality standards are being met.
Partner with the FSS team to develop standardized datasets used for reporting.
Ensures analytic project requirements and timelines are clearly defined and align with departmental goals, business needs and priorities.
Identifies and implements process improvements and training meetings ensuring proper documentation as needed.
Assess gaps and drives process improvement activities in support of the Vendor Accounts Payable, Billing, Accounts Receivable and Payroll.
Works with other HWS departments to research and resolve vendor payment and facility billing issues.
Engage in discovery and identification of automation processes; proactively seek and suggest improvements; and outline any risks and recommend optimal solutions
Integrate automation workflows using RPA into existing business processes and business applications

EXPERIENCE – 3-5 years Finance and Accounting experience. UiPath or equivalent RPA experience a plus.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS –
Exert up to 20 lbs force occasionally, and /or up to 10 lbs frequently.
Requires prolonged sitting some walking, standing, repetitive tasks/ motions and stretching.
Requires clarity of vision, eye-hand-foot coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, and other office equipment.
Requires the perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction; ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and to make the discriminations in sound
Requires normal eyesight to record, prepare, and communicate appropriate reports.
