HealthTrust Workforce Solutions Team Lead Perm in Sunrise, Florida

GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Responsible for individual production as well as providing day to day work direction, prioritization, management and support of assigned associate recruiters. In addition to processing and responding to direct applications, the Team Lead will build a pool of passive and active candidates for facilities through referrals from the sourcing team as well as through other recruitment sources they have identified.

SUPERVISES – Associate Recruiters


  • Prioritization of daily work flow, including sourcing and recruitment activity

  • Effectively utilizes existing recruitment resources and develops new sources and contacts.

  • Manage the recruitment and placement process for openings including: identifying and screening candidates to match position requirements, submitting candidates to hiring manager, arranging interviews, and following-up for feedback.

  • Utilizes effective interviewing techniques when interviewing candidates to ensure fit for the position. Considers both clinical and behavioral aspects.

  • Sell candidates on the merits of employment. Uses creativity, communication and sales skills to best meet the needs of the candidate and hospitals.

  • Trains, Mentors and Develops Associate Recruiters

  • Leads Associate Recruiters in productivity and Activity

  • Provide on-going status of progress to facility regarding open job orders.

  • Maintains communication with applicants to keep them active within the HWS System.

  • Maintains and enters applicant information in applicant tracking system.

  • Refers candidates to other positions or divisions as appropriate.

  • Maintains accurate and comprehensive placement records, and ensures adherence to policies and procedures

  • Prepares recruitment productivity and activity reports for reporting to internal leadership as well as facility leadership as requested

  • In conjunction with the Director of Perm Recruitment prepares recruitment strategy and training to develop current staff.

  • Maintains working area and equipment in accordance with environmental and safety regulations

EDUCATION – Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university strongly preferred

EXPERIENCE – 5+ years’ experience with recruiting, staffing, sales/service or HR Operations. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Experience in a healthcare setting (staffing, facility or operations) preferred.
