When you work as a HealthTrust Workforce Solutions Clinical Instructor, you will have the unique opportunity of providing nurse education and training to newly registered nurses transitioning to independent practices in their early days of nursing. Specialty training included but not limited to Medical Surgical Nursing, Medical Surgical Telemetry, ICU, ED, Behavioral Health, Women’s Services, Labor and Delivery, Cath Lab, PICU, Pediatrics, and OR. Our award-winning Specialty Apprenticeship Training Program for Registered Nurses (StaRN) has also recently expanded to include patient care technician curriculum. Clinical Instructors assist with skills instruction and simulation training and occasional classroom projects.
