Our partnering facility is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) Director - Dialysis (DIA) – Full-Time to join their clinical team.

Responsibilities:

The Dialysis Nurse Director ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall function and staffing of the unit(s)/department(s) in addition to forecasting, planning, and budget monitoring. The Director fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration and supports the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures in support of facility objectives.

• Supports, implements and ensures compliance with all HWS/Hospital and regulatory/accrediting agency standards, regulations and policies and procedures.

• Ensures accuracy, timeliness and completeness of documentation and work performed per Hospital policy.

• Utilizes appropriate resources and hospital policies as the “standard of care” for positive patient outcomes.

• Performs position specific job functions at an acceptable level with minimal direction. Primary responsibilities for a Dialysis Nurse Manager encompasses but not intended to be all-inclusive of:

  • Patient Rights,

  • Assessment,

  • Care of the Patient

  • Patient Family Education

  • Continuum of Care

To Get Started You Will Need:

• Current and Unencumbered State Nursing License

• At least 1 year of recent Dialysis Experience

• Current BLS Certification Required
