To qualify for the VIP program, active nurses and healthcare professionals must complete 1,872+ annual hours while maintaining good standing. The top 3% are automatically enrolled annually, no registration needed.

Restrictions Apply. The HWS VIP Program is open to active HWS clinicians who maintain good standing in compliance and attendance. Participants are automatically enrolled upon ranking in the top 3% of performers annually, based on completed shifts and hours. Tier status is re-evaluated annually, and downgrades may occur if performance standards lapse. All unused points expire on December 31 of each year. Gift cards are subject to third-party terms and conditions. Swag items are available only while supplies last. Program perks may change based on partner availability. Any fraudulent activity will result in immediate removal from the program. To ensure fairness and integrity, points cannot be sold or transferred. HWS reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time.
